This is a real concentrate of mountain biking for the most seasoned riders on this technical circuit.
You'll need to put in a lot of effort in the first part of the circuit before you can enjoy the magnificent ridge scenery and feel the thrill of the long descent through the undergrowth to Roquefort les Cascades, before tackling the last difficulty at the end.
