Situated between the two cluses of the Hers river, Lesparrou occupies a confluence of waters.
Divided between a landscape of forest on the west side and sub-Mediterranean scrubland on the east side, the village and its hamlets are surrounded by streams born of springs gushing from the limestone and marl soils of the Plantaurel.
