The stone building and adjoining sheepfold have been renovated using eco-designed materials and local wood. The thick roof and walls, well insulated with wood fiber, keep the house cool in summer, and warm in winter. All the equipment is new, and we've completed the decoration by sourcing and restyling some of the furniture.
