This beautiful, easy hike takes you from the village of Laroque d'Olmes along the Touyre river before joining the voie verte to the village of Dreuilhe.

From the square overlooking the surrounding area, plunge into the old part of town to follow the Touyre river from downstream to upstream. The Plateau du Castella offers a magnificent circular panorama far out over the plain and beyond the Plantaurel to Montségur and Saint Barthélémy. Whether you start or finish the hike, you can enjoy the view and learn a little more from the orientation table and landscape interpretation panels. From the church, a beautiful, easy hike takes you out of the village along the Touyre river before joining the voie verte to the village of Dreuilhe. Climb the pretty wood then descend to the hamlet of Campredon before taking the Bastide sur l'Hers, which leads you along the ridges to the St Roc chapel to reach Laroque d'Olmes.
